A short set of answers for the shipping and returns points that apply to anyweather online orders.

1. Where does anyweather ship?
We currently ship within South Africa only. Orders outside South Africa are not supported by this store.
2. Who delivers my order?
Orders are delivered through external delivery providers. Delivery timing can depend on the provider, delivery address, public holidays, weather and other operational factors outside our direct control.
3. When will I receive my waybill?
Once your order is accepted for fulfilment, we will email your shipping waybill within up to 5 days.
4. Can I return my order?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. This does not limit any rights you have under South African consumer law.
