Promotions and gift vouchers.

1. General promotion rules

• Each offer is subject to its displayed dates and eligibility rules.
• Codes must be entered and accepted before the order is placed.
• Unless an offer says otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, duplicated or combined with another promotion.
• We may refuse automated, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise abusive claims and may correct a genuine configuration error.
• Non-excludable consumer rights always remain available.

2. Launch-list 10% code

The code is issued after a person provides a valid email address and actively consents to AnyWeather marketing. It is intended for one use per signup email and applies 10% off an eligible order. The backend currently creates a unique one-time code.

Before launch, Phil must confirm the campaign start and end dates, code expiry, minimum spend, excluded products, customer restriction and stacking rules.

Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using the email unsubscribe link or by contacting sales@anyweather.co.za. Withdrawing consent does not affect a completed purchase or transactional messages.

3. Digital gift vouchers

A purchaser provides a recipient email and may add names and a personal message. After successful payment, the first release issues a unique fixed-value promotional code by email. The recipient is responsible for keeping the code secure.

• The code is redeemable only on the AnyWeather online store.
• The current implementation is one-time use. Any unused value is not carried forward after redemption.
• A voucher is not cash and cannot be used to buy another voucher unless approved offer terms state otherwise.
• We may replace a code only after reasonably verifying the purchaser, recipient and redemption status.

Before vouchers are sold, Phil must approve expiry, refund and cancellation treatment, partial balances, maximum values, delivery timing, replacement rules and whether voucher-only orders receive free digital fulfilment.

4. Returns and refunds involving promotions

A refund for a discounted order will ordinarily reflect the amount actually paid for the returned product, subject to statutory rights. If an order earns or uses a voucher, cancellation and refund treatment will follow the approved voucher rules and applicable law. We will not remove a remedy required by the Consumer Protection Act.
